We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account details: your email address, and your name and profile image if you sign in with Google.
• AI Opportunity Audit answers: the descriptions of your business you provide during the audit, and the scored report we generate from them.
• Purchases: which product you bought and when. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Support requests: the topic and message you send us.
• Usage data: standard analytics (pages viewed, rough location, device type) through Google Analytics.

• To generate your audit report and keep it available on your account.
• To email you your report link, sign-in codes, purchase confirmations, and support replies.
• To deliver and support anything you purchase.
• To send occasional practical AI guidance for small business, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To understand which content is useful and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your audit answers as marketing or case-study material without your written permission.

We share data only with the service providers that make the site work, and only as much as they need:

• Stripe for payments.
• Resend to send transactional email.
• OpenAI to run the audit interview and scoring. Your answers are sent to their API to generate your report.
• Google for optional sign-in and for analytics.
• MongoDB hosting, where your account and reports are stored.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep your account, audit reports, and purchase records while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (such as tax records for a purchase).

• Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
• Use the site without signing in; you only need an account to save reports and purchases.
