Deep-Dive Review
If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked, as long as the live session has not yet taken place. Once the session has been delivered, the work is done and the fee is non-refundable.
Premium skills and courses
Digital content comes with a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Email us and we will refund it and remove access.
Implementation Sprints and custom systems
These are scoped and quoted individually, and the refund and cancellation terms are set out in the agreement you sign before work starts. Deposits cover work already scheduled and are generally non-refundable once the sprint has begun, except as stated in that agreement.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, and tell us what you bought. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
