Vexlo offers a free toolbox of AI prompts, skills, and workflows, a free AI Opportunity Audit, and paid consulting services (the Deep-Dive Review, Implementation Sprints, and custom AI systems). The free content is provided as is, for your own use.

The AI Opportunity Audit scores the evidence in the answers you give it. It is a decision aid, not professional, financial, legal, or investment advice, and not a guarantee of any result. The score is a hypothesis until tested in your real business. You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in codes and links are sent there. Provide accurate information and do not use another person's account without permission.

Paid services are billed through Stripe in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown before you pay. For services delivered in stages (such as an Implementation Sprint), the payment schedule is agreed before work begins. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, no scraping at scale, no reselling the audit or premium content as your own, and no illegal use. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.

The free toolbox content is yours to use in your business. Premium skills and courses are licensed to you for your own business use and may not be redistributed or resold. The Vexlo name, brand, and site are ours.

To the extent permitted by law, Vexlo Tech Innovations is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the free content. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
