Scheduled Tasks Copilot

Once installed, this skill turns your assistant into the manager of every task you have scheduled, in ChatGPT or anywhere else. Seed it with your plan, your slot limit, and the tasks already running, and it keeps a roster: what each task watches, when it runs, what decision it feeds, and when you last acted on it.

The standing loop is where the value lives. Before you add a task, it checks the new idea against the roster for overlap and tells you which existing task to merge or retire if you are at your limit. Each time you tell it what a task delivered ("Monday competitor check: nothing", "grant watch: one new provincial program, closes October 31"), it logs a hit or a miss. Once a month it runs the review: tasks ranked by how often you acted on them, the ones to tighten, the ones to kill, and the one new task worth the freed slot. It writes and rewrites the task prompts themselves in the unattended format: context block, job, filter, nothing-to-report line, 150-word cap.
