Review & Reputation Manager
More reviews coming in and every one answered well
The problem
Your happiest customers walk out the door and never write the review, because nobody asked at the right moment. Meanwhile the one angry review from March sits unanswered at the top of your Google profile, doing quiet damage to every prospect who checks. Asking feels awkward, replying to criticism in public feels risky, so both jobs get skipped. Which is how a good business ends up with a 3.9 and silence.
The tool
Once installed, this skill turns your AI assistant into a reputation manager that knows your brand voice, your platforms, and the moment in your customer journey when a review ask actually lands. It drafts the request sequences with timing built in, writes replies to every review that comes back (grateful without gushing, firm without arguing), and turns a month of pasted reviews into a summary that tells you what to fix in the business itself.
Before: review requests don't get sent and replies get written in the heat of the moment or not at all. After: a two-touch ask sequence timed to your job cycle, every review answered within the week in a consistent voice, and a monthly report ("late-arrival complaints appeared four times, all Fridays") that treats reviews as free operations data. One thing it will not do, stated plainly in its rules: write fake reviews, draft "customer" testimonials for you to post, or help filter unhappy customers away from public platforms. Real reviews, asked for honestly, answered well. That is the whole strategy, and it is the one that doesn't blow up.
What's inside
- Review-request sequences with timing and channel matched to your job cycle
- Public replies for glowing, mixed, and brutal reviews, in your voice, under 80 words
- Negative-review triage that keeps disputes factual and takes them offline
- A monthly reputation summary from pasted reviews: themes, counts, trend
- Operational fix suggestions when the same complaint keeps appearing
- A reusable reply library so your tone stays consistent across staff
How to use it
- 1Click "Install skill" on this page and copy the install prompt.
- 2Paste it into your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor. Anything that can fetch a URL or accept pasted text).
- 3Answer the setup questions about your platforms, voice, and when a job counts as "done."
- 4Ask for your review-request sequence and load the drafts into however you message customers.
- 5As reviews arrive, paste each one for a reply draft. Send it after a human read-through.
- 6Monthly, paste everything new and read the summary. The fix suggestions are where the money is.
Example
Say you run a two-van appliance repair company. Setup learns that jobs close same-day and customers are happiest right after the fix works. The skill drafts a two-touch sequence: a text 3 hours after job completion ("while the dishwasher's running its first load") and one email follow-up four days later, then stop. A 2-star review arrives: "Tech was late, no call." The reply draft acknowledges the missed window, names the fix ("we've added an on-the-way text to every booking"), and offers a direct contact, 61 words, no excuses. The monthly summary counts three lateness mentions in June against zero in May and suggests the real action: look at Friday scheduling, not the wording of the apology.
Pro tip
Paste your existing reviews, all of them, during setup. The skill learns which specifics customers already praise (the callback speed, the tidy work) and starts weaving those exact phrases into your ask sequences, which reads as authentic because it is.
